Why we need protein?

  • Defense and Immunity
  • Energy Level
  • Growth and Maintenance
  • Balance
  • Blood Component
If below situations happen, it may indicate that you are lack of Protein.
  • Easily fall ill, low immune system
  • Easily feel tired, bad mood
  • Slow healing on wound
  • Poor digestion, poor physical condition
  • Low energy level
  • Brittle hair, rough skin and less elasticity
